- Take Highway 41 South until it becomes Old Highway 41 in Hahira
- Travel south on Old Highway 41 to North Valdosta Road, turn left
- Drive south to Country Club Road, turn right
- Proceed to Eager Road, turn left
- At Berkley Drive, turn right
- Just past the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the right. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
- Take Highway 221 west until it becomes Park Avenue at the Forrest St. intersection
- Travel west on Park Avenue until it dead-ends into Georgia Avenue
- Turn right and remain on Georgia Avenue until it dead-ends into Gornto Road
- Turn left onto Gornto Road and travel west until you reach Berkley Drive
- At Berkley Drive, turn right
- Just past the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the right. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
- Take Highway 41 north to the light at Dampier Street (Winn Dixie will be on your right)
- Turn left onto Dampier Street. At the intersection of Old Clyattville Road, Dampier Street becomes South Oak Street
- Follow Oak Street north to the "Y" intersection behind VSU at Georgia Avenue
- Turn left onto Georgia Avenue and follow it until it dead-ends onto Gornto Road
- Turn left onto Gornto Road and proceed west to Berkley Drive
- At Berkley Drive, turn right
- Just past the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the right. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
- Take Highway 31 north to Dampier Street in Valdosta
- Turn left onto Dampier Street. At the intersection of Old Clyattville Road, Dampier Street becomes South Oak Street
- Follow Oak Street north to the "Y" intersection behind VSU at Georgia Avenue
- Turn left onto Georgia Avenue and follow it until it dead-ends onto Gornto Road
- Turn left onto Gornto Road and proceed west to Berkley Drive
- At Berkley Drive, turn right

- Turn south on Highway 125 (toward Valdosta) at the main gate onto Bemiss Road
- Follow Bemiss Road south to the Ashley Street intersection. As you approach the intersection, move into the right lane
- Proceed straight through the intersection (crossing Ashley Street) onto Rosedale Place
- Rosedale Place will dead-end into Williams Street, turn left
- The next intersection is Park Avenue, turn right
- Follow Park Avenue until it dead-ends into Georgia Avenue, turn right
- Georgia Avenue will dead-end into Gornto Road, turn left
- Proceed to Berkley Drive and turn right
- Just before the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the left. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
- Proceed south on Highway 129/221 to Ray City
- At the intersection in Ray City, proceed straight onto Highway 125 toward Barretts and Moody AFB
- Follow Highway 125 (Bemiss Road) south to the Ashley Street intersection. As you approach Castle Park Shopping Center, move into the right lane
- Proceed straight through the intersection (crossing Ashley Street) onto Rosedale Place
- Rosedale Place will dead-end into Williams Street, turn left
- The next intersection is Park Avenue, turn right
- Follow Park Avenue until it dead-ends into Georgia Avenue, turn right
- Georgia Avenue will dead-end into Gornto Road, turn left
- Proceed to Berkley Drive and turn right
- Just before the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the left. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
- Take Highway 84 east to Norman Drive in Valdosta (first traffic light beyond the I-75 overpass)
- Turn left onto Norman Drive and follow it until it dead-ends onto Baytree Road
- Turn left onto Baytree Road, then turn right onto Gornto Road at the next light
- Follow Gornto Road past St. John Church to Berkley Drive, then turn left
- Just before the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the left. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
- Take Highway 94 west to Patterson Street in Valdosta, turn right
- Move to the left lane before reaching the overpass
- Turn left onto Central Avenue just in front of the court house
- Proceed west on Central to Oak Street (first traffic light beyond First Baptist Church), turn right
- Follow Oak Street north to the "Y" intersection behind VSU at Georgia Avenue
- Turn left onto Georgia Avenue and follow it until it dead-ends onto Gornto Road
- Turn left onto Gornto Road and proceed west to Berkley Drive
- At Berkley Drive, turn right

- Take Highway 84 east to Norman Drive in Valdosta (first traffic light beyond the I-75 overpass)
- Turn left onto Norman Drive and follow it until it dead-ends onto Baytree Road
- Turn left onto Baytree Road, then turn right onto Gornto Road at the next light
- Follow Gornto Road past St. John Church to Berkley Drive, then turn left

- Take I-75 south to North Valdosta Road (Highway 41) Exit 22 - turn left off the exit
- Follow North Valdosta Road to Country Club Drive (After passing the twin bridges, move to the right lane)
- Turn right on Country Club Drive
- At the next traffic signal (Eager Road), turn left
- At Berkley Drive, turn right
- Just past the creek at the bottom of the hill there is a driveway on the right. This is the entrance to St. John School's parking lot.
